I was sent the  Crown Brush HD Brush Set w/Mirror and Tweezer  over the holidays to review, and I actually took this set on my family vacation to Disneyland. Along with a mirror and tweezers the HD brush set included six brushes, Pro Powder,Tapered Blush, Deluxe Contour, Crease Blender,Chisel Shadow, and Detailed Liner brush. The set comes in a slim, easy to clean case which I find is easier to travel with than one of those cylinder brush holders. Overall I did enjoy these brushes, they are soft, functional and perfect for my travel needs. My only issues are that I wouldn't use any of these brushes for foundation so I would need to bring a separate brush(or my beauty blender) and the Detailed Liner brush is a bit too long for me to use for liner.  The set comes in four colors red, white, orange and purple (I have the purple one), and retails for $27.95 on  Crownbrush.com . *Items were sent to me for review, bur all opinions are my honest ones ...

I know this post is late but I was waiting on a package from Sephora. I am really happy with most of the items I purchased. I have been wanted some of these items since before Christmas and getting an extra 20% was nice. I don't know how much haulin' I will be doing in 2014 because becoming a VIB rouge put my spending in perspective. What was your favorite item you picked up in any of the year end sales.
