    So to hear your feeling stress & down. I live with Bi-Polar & refuse to take meds. I found that taking a deep breath & stepping back ...saying I'll will do what I can when I can. Let the chips fall where they may. The problems of today seem so big.....but the are soon forgotten. All anyone can do is take one step at a time. Try to do at least one thing a day to make yourself "Happy"! It can be a facial, a pedi, a good movie or book. Bake your self a fabulous treat or just go buy yourself a BiG Slushy at the Sonic or a Shake.
    You know how they say L You can't see the forrest because of the trees? I think it's the flip flop of that. Sometimes where don't see that one beautiful tree because we are overwhelmed by the Hug forrrest!

I was sent  Rodan + Fields REDEFINE and ACUTE CARE  for review but all opinions are my own! I am in my 30's now so using anti-aging skin care is really important to me. I want to do whatever I can to prevent and treat wrinkles but I also suffer from hormonal breakouts, so finding a regimen to treat both can be tricky. I was interested in  Rodan + Fields REDEFINE and ACUTE CARE  products because they claimed to treat lines, pores, and the loss of firmness. This skin care kit is a 3 step system that is simple, and here are my thoughts. Step 1- Daily Cleansing Mask This cleanser took a little bit for me to get used to because it is a thick, non-foaming cleanser that is more like a mask than cleanser (hence the name).
