Crown Brush HD Brush Set w/Mirror and Tweezer Review


I was sent the Crown Brush HD Brush Set w/Mirror and Tweezer over the holidays to review, and I actually took this set on my family vacation to Disneyland. Along with a mirror and tweezers the HD brush set included six brushes, Pro Powder,Tapered Blush, Deluxe Contour, Crease Blender,Chisel Shadow, and Detailed Liner brush. The set comes in a slim, easy to clean case which I find is easier to travel with than one of those cylinder brush holders. Overall I did enjoy these brushes, they are soft, functional and perfect for my travel needs. My only issues are that I wouldn't use any of these brushes for foundation so I would need to bring a separate brush(or my beauty blender) and the Detailed Liner brush is a bit too long for me to use for liner.  The set comes in four colors red, white, orange and purple (I have the purple one), and retails for $27.95 on Crownbrush.com.

I was sent  Rodan + Fields REDEFINE and ACUTE CARE  for review but all opinions are my own! I am in my 30's now so using anti-aging skin care is really important to me. I want to do whatever I can to prevent and treat wrinkles but I also suffer from hormonal breakouts, so finding a regimen to treat both can be tricky. I was interested in  Rodan + Fields REDEFINE and ACUTE CARE  products because they claimed to treat lines, pores, and the loss of firmness. This skin care kit is a 3 step system that is simple, and here are my thoughts. Step 1- Daily Cleansing Mask This cleanser took a little bit for me to get used to because it is a thick, non-foaming cleanser that is more like a mask than cleanser (hence the name). It can be used day and night, but I would remove your makeup completely before you use this cleanser. I honestly think this cleanser was what cleared up my skin.
