I bought a pair of lip tattoos and saved them for today

These nails shields are from fabulousnails.com and I don't think I will be getting anything from them again. The shields required me to break out my blow dryer just to apply them! I wanted to apply the left over shields to my baby girls toes but there is no way I am going to subject her to a hot blowdryer on her feet. Oh well I hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween.

I got this recipe from Real Simple Magazine Vampire Kiss Martini  -1 part raspberry liqueur -1 part vodka (try black vodka) -1 part champagne Wax Lips and Black Licorice to garnish  Have fun Be safe! 

So I was bored and was trying to put together a look for Halloween when My 3 year old son Aiden came in and this was our conversation Aiden: "Momma what u doin'" Me: "I'm a monster ROAR" Aiden "You're not a monster you're a momma" So I gave up and watched The Great Pumpkin special with Charlie Brown. My "Here to Eternity"  Jewel Mint  necklace broke, my daughter pulled it off my neck while we were playing. I contacted  Jewel Mint's  customer service and they said I could exchange it for another piece. They even paid for me to ship the broken piece back to them here is the piece I returned and here is the new piece I received Diving Bell Earrings  My jewelry wardrobe is growing fast thanks to  Jewel Mint !

This past weekend I went to Santa Monica for The Beauty Social I had fun and got to meet some of my favorite YouTube gurus. The 7 hour drive drove me nuts but I am already planning on going next year. My iPhone died during the event so my sister took pictures of with her camera, but they somehow got erased! So here are the pics I have,  I got to meet Patrice Yursik also known as  Afrobella  on YouTube and Sonia Castaneda who is know as  Sccastaneda  on YouTube Patrice spoke with Dre Brown, Nyssa Green, Jeffery Paul, and (so fabulous) Sean Cameron in a segment called "Brow Girl Beauty Uncensored" Also Annie and Maggie Ford Danielson of Benefit Cosmetics spoke about what it's like working with their family at Benefit There were tables set up where you could get CND shellac manicures, your brows shaped at Benefits Brow Bar, your lashed done by Makeup Mandy, and your hair braided at the Wella Braid Booth. My

I am so excited me and my sister will be driving down tomorrow to Santa Monica to attend The Beauty Social  hosted by  Beautylish ! I received the  Derma E  Very Clear Cleansing Scrub through  Influenster  VoxBox program (click HERE  to see what else I got). This cleansing scrub has tea tree oil and willow bark extract to help fight blemishes, while the lavender oil and chamomile extract help soothe irritated skin. The cleansing scrub has a very clean smell (I like the way tea tree oil smells) and the apricot seed powder left my skin feeling soft. It doesn't lather much, which was actually a positive thing, because my skin didn't feel stripped afterwards. Overall I would purchase this product again and am currently using it twice a week in my skin care routine. XOXO!

The until Halloween I will be giving you Halloween inspired recipes, enjoy! Bayou Slime 2 parts Cruzan Dark Rum 6-8 fresh mint leaves 1/2 part Fee Brothers Spiced Cordial Syrup 1 egg white Preparation: Muddle  mint leaves and syrup together, making sure to crush the mint leaves. Place all ingredients into a shaker. Shake  until well-chilled and frothy. Strain into a chilled  martini glass . Garnish with additional crushed  mint leaves .

I was lucky enough to receive a full size of  Juice Beauty  Lip Conditioning Lip Color to try from the  Influenster  VoxBox program. The color I received was fig but they also they also have a color called pink. This lip color is applied like you would a balm and has conditioning oils such as jojoba, and grape seed oil to keep your lips nice and soft. Overall I really do like product from this  Juice Beauty  it leaves my lips soft without leaving a waxy feeling on my lips. It has a slight cocoa smell to it, and is great when you want to add a little bit of color to your lips without looking too overdone. Below are swatches
