XOXO!

I was in the mood for a change so I used Clarol's Nice N'Easy Foam hair color in 6R. The top picture is my before the bottom is the after(hair is slightly damp)

I am not the biggest fan of working out and it's hard to find time. I am not a morning person so working out before my kids wake up (7:30am) isn't going to happen, and even thought I am exhausted after I put the kids to bed that is the best time for me to work out.  I started doing P90X and I have an app on my phone called  Nexercise . Its a free app (for android and iPhones) that gives you rewards for working out, and it seems to help motivate me to log in an track my work outs. You can even have workout friends to keep you on track if you want to be my friend just download the app and  tweet me  @wels5711. I hope this little tip helps what kind of work outs do you like to do?

A few months ago I purchased the  DevaCurl Hydration Get Started Set  from Ulta. This set came with DevaCurl's No Poo, AnGel, One Condition, Set it Free and Mist-er Right. The No Poo is a non lathering cleanser that is suppose to leave your hair clean and soft. I am still on the fence about No Poo. I like the smell and it did do a good job of cleaning my hair, but once I rinsed it out my hair felt the same as if I used shampoo. I did not like the One Condition hair conditioner, it didn't leave my hair soft and had zero slip so it was hard to detangle with it in my hair. The AnGel hair gel is so so, it didn't provide enough hold for my hair, and I actually prefer my cheap Eco Syler gel over this AnGel. I think this gel would work great with someone who had a looser curl pattern, because it works great in my daughters hair. Now the last 2 products in the kit I love, the Set it Free and Mist-er Right. The Set it Free is a moister lock spray that is suppose to enhance

I purchased the Deva Towel a few months ago at Ulta for $12. It claims to dry your hair without causing frizz like traditional towels do. At first I didn't know what to do with this towel since it is the size of a dish towel. I would wrap it around my head and it wouldn't even cover it all, so I stopped using it. Then I thought to take  the towel and use it to "scrunch" the excess water from my hair after my styling products we applied. That made a huge difference, my hair went from dripping wet to slightly wet and my curls were not at all affected. My final verdict of this towel is 3.5 out of 5 stars. XOXO!

I got these  imPress manicure  free as part of the Influenster Mom VoxBox and I let my sister try try them. They retail for about 6-8 dollars and come in 36 colors and patterns. They only take minutes to try and I think are a fun way to change up you look.

I am on a mission to loose some weight and I'm starting Fitness Fridays to keep me motivated. Every week I will let ya'll know how I am doing. Today I will be starting P90X but before I begin I want to give you my very scary measurements BMI- 34.86  Waist- 47 in Hips 46 in  I will update my stats every month! Wish me luck!

I recently purchased a few items for my hair. From Macy's  I bought Carol's Daughter Hair Milk Starter Set, this set includes their Hair Milk Co-Wash, the original Hair Milk, the Hair Milk Lite, and their new Hair Milk Pudding. I also went to Sally Beauty Supply and bought Curls Unleashed Set it Off Curl Boosting Jelly and Nothing But Curl Sealer. I am excited to try the Hair Milk Pudding!

As part of the  Influenster Mom VoxBox  I was given Ivory bar soap to try. I have used Ivory bar soap just in the shower but I was interested in the many other uses for this 99.44% pure soap. One of the ways I tried Ivory was as a make up brush cleaner.  I just ran my make up brushe s under some water and swirled them on the Ivory bar of soap and rinsed them clean. The next day when my brushes were dry they were still soft and smelled clean. This honestly might be my new way to clean my brushes! The bar will last a really long time so compared to other brush cleaners it is an excellent value. *I received this product complimentary for testing purposes from Influenster and Ivory as a participant in the Mom VoxBox campaign*

Ok so I ordered my husband a  Birchbox Man ! We went back and forth on if he "needed" one because he thinks he doesn't use any products. So I took him into our bathroom and showed him his body wash, shampoo, shave gel, and face wash were all products. I don't know if he will want to continue with  Birchbox Man  but so far I think it's a good deal.
