Fitness Friday- Stress


I got this image from Mental Health America and as you can see stress can have a negative affect on your weight. I honestly think this one of the main reasonss why I have a hard time loosing weight. I stress out about everything, and these last few months trying to finish up school is doing a number on me. I know that exercise does help with stress but I even stress out about finding the time to exercise. Handling stress is something I think I will always have to work on, so let me ask you what do you do to de-stress.
