It's Friday but No Drink!

I am currently training for a 5k that I am going to run in March so until then I would like to abstain from alcohol. It not fun, I know, but I am trying to think of something else to do for Fridays. Any Suggestions?

  1. Well, to go with your training theme (as your reason for not drinking) maybe Friday Stretches? Like butterfly or arm behind head?
