Fitness Friday - Finding What Works For You


As I posted before I was doing P90X. I think that P90X is a great workout it just wasn't for me. I have tried P90X a few times before and just cant get past the first three weeks, so when I saw a Groupon for a 5k mud run I jumped on it. I have ran a 5k before so I know I can do it. I use the Couch to 5k running program but I think I will add in a few P90X videos to build my upper body strength for this mud run. So my tip for this Friday is if the workout you are doing isn't for you don't stop working out, just switch to a workout that works for you.
