Fitness Friday- Staying Hydrated


Today's post is just a quick tip is to stay hydrated. We all know how important it is to drink water, not soda or juice but just water. I keep track if my water intake through an app called Waterlogged. It logs how many ounces of water I drink in a day and how close I am to my goal of 100oz a day. I am also trying to limit my self to just water or unsweetened ice tea, so I don't drink empty calories.
